Design and Prototype development

The engineering team at Real Carbon Inc. has been involved in the design and prototype of a wide variety of composite products over the past 23 years. We have development experience of industrial, marine, recreational, military and UAV applications.
Proprietary projects typically involve extensive design, research, prototyping and analysis.
Our design capabilities include 3D modeling of composite products. We can develop prototypes from 3D models or existing non-composite parts.

Manufacturing

Real Carbon Inc. uses a number of different pressure molding techniques to manufacture a wide variety of prepreg composite products. We have capabilities to manufacture many different parts for a wide range of industries and applications.  Real Carbon Inc. production runs start at 5 or 10 parts per year, and reach several hundred per month for some clients.
We design and prototype all of our customer's products with production tooling to minimize scaling issues. We have transitioned many prototypes into mass production, over the past two decades. Real Carbon Inc. often integrates non-composite parts and frequently builds complete assemblies including our composite parts.
